Mail Error on 2 Transfers, no response from support email.

Job number 1501-0481-0767 and 1501-0481-1031 are stuck in an error state, i sent a few emails to support but have not heard anything back.
These two accounts are the 29th and 30th transfers we have done using MMM and i usually get a quick response but i has been a while since i used this service. Is support and other things still being maintained?

This is pretty urgent please get back to me.
