Account not funding even though paypal is sending it

So far I've spent $20 without the account being funded. I've waited 24 hours for a ticket reply. In fairness it is a holiday weekend...but on the other hand the holiday weekend is when I planned to do this migration...

I'm still hoping for a fix..
