Payment issue

We have been successfully using this service for a few days now and migrated dozens of accounts. Recently, $100 payment did not reflect correctly on the Dashboard. A further payment for $25 reflected correctly. We wrote to support at movemymai.net about this.

Now, as we were migrating, our balance has been dramatically reduced to $4 and no status update has been given to us. Please can any one of you respond as to what's going on? We have more migrations on the way!

Thanks for writing us!  We saw your ticket, and took care of everything for you.  There was a blip with the PayPal payment posting, but that's since been resolved.  Thanks for being such a loyal customer!
