Your migrations were unsuccessful due to issues connecting to your source email server. Our logs show that repeated connection attempts failed, and the migration gave up. One of those migrations was stopped, while the other was (misleadingly) labeled as completed.
It looks like your source mail server is back online, so we've just restarted one of your migrations and will be watching it. If all goes well, we'll do the same with your other migration.
Also, we unfortunately did not receive your tickets. It may be a transient issue with our ticketing system, although we've been receiving tickets from other users throughout the day.
