Transfer stopped
« on: May 13, 2014, 02:10:52 pm »
About 6.x gigs of my email transfered and I see that the transfer is now marked as stopped. Is there anyway to reactive the transfer and let it finish? I would like to complete my transfer.

Kindest regards,

--Steven Pignataro

corephp: did you ever complete the transfer?  This forum seems to lack any recent activity so I'm reluctant to use the service.  I have 20 different email accounts to transfer and would be very irate if the transfers stopped like yours did.

Hi apta,

We worked with corephp back then to ensure that his migration went through smoothly.  There was an issue (not on our end) that caused a number of errors to be thrown, so the migration was stopped until the root cause was identified, and later fixed (by corephp).

I hope that helps!

Yes - everything was completed and it was possibly the easiest service I have ever used to move mail. +1 gazillion for support and service. Highly recommend using them. I transfered 30-40 gigs of email and it was painless.
